The Wilmington Lacrosse Club (WLC) is a youth lacrosse league for Boys & Girls ages 6 through 14 in New Hanover and Brunswick counties in North Carolina. We host Divisions 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U for Boys, and Elementary and Middle School Divisions for Girls. The WLC is a member of the Eastern Carolina Youth Lacrosse League (ECYLL).
Teams will practice once a week starting mid-February with games on Saturdays beginning in early March. The season will end in mid-May with the annual ECYLL End of Season Tournament. ECYLL will release the official game schedule in mid-February.
Weekly Practices:
Wednesdays 5:30 - 7 PM at Bradley Creek Elementary
OR
Fridays 6 - 7:30 PM at Mike Chappell Park (Carolina Beach)
Games:

Saturdays at Various Locations (Topsail, Onslow, Carteret, New Bern)
Divisions:
Boys: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U
Girls: Elementary School & Middle School
Note: Age group reflects the maximum age of a player during the playing year. For example, 12U means that players 12 years and under are eligible; however, players must be 11 years old on 31 August. US Lacrosse Boys Youth Rules are used for all play 14U and below. (www.uslacrosse.org)

Registration fees are based on the costs WLC incurs throughout the season for player/team uniforms, officiating fees, tournament registration, field improvement, and lacrosse gear/equipment purchases for each team.
Please complete the registration form for each player in your family. Do not forget to ensure your USA Lacrosse Membership is updated and current so your player is covered through the end of August 2022.

With the explosive growth of the sport of lacrosse in East Carolina, the need for knowledgeable, experienced coaches is greater than ever before. Carolina Coast is committed to providing our youth lacrosse players the best coaches, leaders, and mentors possible. Therefore, we are asking that all volunteers interested in coaching register online in order to participate in ECYLL and US Lacrosse opportunities to develop their coaching knowledge and skills, through online offerings, clinics and comprehensive certification.
Following your online registration, all volunteers wishing to serve as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach must have the following:
(a) A current and valid US Lacrosse Membership.
(b) Complete the US Lacrosse Level 1 online coaching certification.
(c) Complete the US Lacrosse Background Screening.
(d) Complete the US Lacrosse Men's Level 1 Proper Contact Tutorial.
